Your Safety Is Our Priority

The Nail Lounge is serious about everyone’s safety, and we have been busy putting best practice safety and hygiene procedures in place so you can feel confident knowing that your health and wellbeing is taken care of.


Because of this, we ask that our clients to respect the updated safety procedures put in place, which include:

  • All clients must follow NSW Government health mandates, which include being fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in order to receive service. Proof of vaccination will be required at time of booking. 

  • Not making a booking, or cancelling a booking, if you are showing any mild symptoms of being unwell

  • Not making a booking, or cancelling a booking, if you have been in contact with anyone who has been confirmed with COVID-19 

  • Using the safety equipment provided during your treatment (which may include face masks, gloves, hand sanitiser etc …)

  • Follow social distancing rules upon entry

  • All treatments will now be by-appointment only (no walk-ins)

  • Only cashless (card or online) payments will be accepted


In our salon, we are also adding some additional hygiene procedures to keep clients and staff safe:

  • All Nail Lounge staff have fully vaccinated for COVID-19

  • One person per 4 square metres including both staff and clients

  • Exclusion of staff who are unwell, even if they have only mild symptoms

  • Removal of books, magazines and iPads from waiting area to reduce the potential for infection

  • Seating in waiting area that complies with physical distancing

  • Safety protective equipment for staff and clients, including masks, gloves, safety glasses, single-use tools, hand sanitiser and workstation sterilisation

  • Advanced disinfection and cleaning procedures for each station before and after each treatment
